Legends Sports Photography provides photography and related services for youth sports leagues, schools, teams, clubs, organizations, athletes, and their families.

• Picture Day photography

Our registration, purchasing, and online customer services are intended primarily for parents, legal guardians, adult customers, schools, leagues, teams, clubs, and authorized organizations.

When you provide information concerning a minor athlete, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information or are otherwise permitted to do so in connection with the applicable photography event.

Information concerning an athlete may include the athlete's:

• Name

• Team

• League

• School

• Division

• Grade

• Jersey number

• Photography registration information

• Picture Day information

• Photographs and gallery information

We use this information to perform and administer our photography services.

4. Registration Information

When registering for a Picture Day or photography service, you agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information.

Information may include:

• Parent or guardian name

• Athlete name

• Email address

• Mobile phone number

• Team or organization

• Picture Day event information

• Products or photography options selected

You are responsible for reviewing registration information before submitting it.

Providing a mobile telephone number during registration does not automatically enroll you in our SMS/text messaging program.

SMS consent must be provided separately as described in the SMS/Text Messaging Program section below.

5. Products, Pricing, and Availability

Products, packages, digital images, prints, specialty products, promotions, and prices may vary by photography event or organization.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

• Correct inaccurate product descriptions or information

We make reasonable efforts to display photographs, colors, product descriptions, and examples accurately. Actual printed products may vary slightly because of printing processes, display calibration, cropping, materials, or other production factors.

We may refuse, cancel, or correct an order when reasonably necessary because of:

Purchasing a photograph or digital image does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Customers may use purchased photographs for ordinary personal use unless additional usage rights are granted.

You may not reproduce, resell, commercially distribute, alter, remove watermarks from, or otherwise exploit copyrighted content without appropriate permission.
